As the Managing Director, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of MPH and ensuring the company’s success. I work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service. I also make sure that all of our work is carried out safely and to the highest standards.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends and I am committed to giving back to my community. I recently started a charity campaign to support local charities.

As a multi-faceted member of the team i help out in various areas of the company. From logistics to sales and marketing, I am involved in a variety of tasks that keep the company running smoothly.
In my free time, I am dedicated to keeping fit and training Muay Thai. This discipline is a big part of my life and helps me stay energised and motivated. Whether it’s a sparring session or hitting pads, I find joy in pushing myself to be the best version of myself both in and out of the workplace.

As a finance administrator, I play a vital role in ensuring that the financial operations of the company run smoothly. From processing supplier invoices to putting customers through finance applications and registering boilers for warranty, I take care of a variety of tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
In my free time, I love to hit the gym and stay active. Keeping fit and healthy not only helps me feel good about myself, but it also keeps me motivated and energised.

With 10 years at MPH, I serve as the main point of contact for all kitchen and bathroom installations, coordinating with customers and suppliers alike. My role involves organising jobs and booking them accordingly for all trades involved. I take great pride in my attention to detail, ensuring that each project runs as smoothly as possible from the moment it’s booked until its successful completion.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my five sons, going fishing and getting away at weekends for quality family time.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and going on holidays to explore new places and create lasting memories. I also enjoy attending gigs now and again, as they offer a lively atmosphere and a chance to appreciate live music.

As Designer and Showroom Manager, I survey kitchens and bathrooms, work with customers on their designs, and help them choose and purchase the right products for their homes. I manage the showroom and guide customers through the design process from their first visit to the agreed plan.
When I’m not working, I cherish spending time with my family, creating memorable moments and enjoying each other’s company.

Lead Heating Engineer, Installations

As Lead Heating Engineer for installations, I guide our boiler fitting teams and take responsibility for delivering safe, carefully planned installations. Over 15 years at MPH, I have built a reputation for attention to detail, practical problem solving and making sure customers understand what is happening in their homes. I work with the team to finish each installation to a high standard and leave customers with a heating system they can rely on.
Outside work, I enjoy watching football and spending time with friends at matches.

I joined MPH as an apprentice and have grown with the business over the past 16 years. As Service Operations Manager, I oversee our servicing work, support the engineers and help make sure customers receive clear advice and dependable care for their heating systems. I take pride in keeping the team organised and helping resolve issues properly.

I work on boiler installations and a range of plumbing and heating jobs, taking pride in careful workmanship, practical fault finding and helping customers understand the work being done in their homes.
Outside work, I enjoy fishing on the lochs. It gives me time to recharge and brings the patience and focus I value in my work.
